With more than three decades in heavy civil construction, Scott Jennings has built his career — literally — from the ground up. Specializing in wastewater treatment systems and underground infrastructure, he has led and contributed to some of the most critical public works projects across the nation.
Scott recently served as a civil engineering instructor at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa while pursuing his doctorate at Arizona State University, where his research focuses on decision-making methodologies for deep excavation shoring systems. His passion for education drives everything he does — from expert witness work to university lectures to field guides for working crews.
As a recognized expert witness in construction litigation, Scott brings clarity to complex disputes, translating technical construction realities into language that judges, juries, and attorneys can understand.
